There was no significant association with convulsions using individual-level analyses when stratified by age using any of the methods including modification of washout window length (Table 2).
MRI also showed early arterial enhancement, gradual washout, and two lengths of linear enhancement between the mass and nipple (Figs. 3b, c).
The position of the cell rear at the start and end of each period (pre, during, washout) divided by length of time was used to calculate average velocity.
Some information relating to participant characteristics (e.g., age, gender) and study methodology (e.g., length of washout periods in within-subjects studies) were reported in the majority of studies.
These currents were inhibited by ginkgolides; inhibition of RDL receptors was slow to develop, and a subsequent application of agonist alone resulted in slowed receptor activation that was not dependent on the length of washout time, consistent with an inhibitor slowly leaving the open channel (Fig. 2 ).
Following STLC washout, the spindle length of control cells elongated and reached a steady-state size of 12.1 ± 1.7 µm within 20 minutes of centrosome separation.
The video blocks and washout blocks were separated by delay intervals of variable length (3.3 12.1 s between washout and video blocks and 1.3 4.1 s between video and washout blocks) (Fig. 2).
The analysis included tests for period and carryover effects, although the latter were expected to be minimal because of the nature of the exposures and the length of the washout period.
After initial screening, subjects completed a washout period that varied in length depending on the current drug as follows: 4 weeks for β-adrenergic antagonists and prostaglandin analogs (including latanoprost, bimatoprost, travoprost, and unoprostone); 2 weeks for adrenergic agonists; and 5 days for cholinergic agonists and carbonic anhydrase inhibitors.
The speed of washout time also depends on the length of time the anesthetic has been administered [ 19].
Usually the same animals are used for all forms/formulations with a washout period, typically, a week in length, between the doses.
