Table 2 cannot do that either, at least about walking assessment: "Patients were visited monthly in the first three months, and again at 6 and at 12…." Five assessments require a specific statistical analysis, that is, ANOVA for repeated measures [ 9 ].
A consistent measurement will be defined as a walking assessment in which all ten anatomical locations were visible with a numerical value for mpp, msp, pti and ca in both feet and where lateral or medial deviation of the foot off the pressure platform did not occur [ 7].
These measurements will include height, walking speed assessment (walking 4 meters unaided), grip strength (Jamar hand dynamometer), body composition analysis using a 4-point bioelectrical impedance analysis (BIA) equipment (TANITA TBF-300A, Tanita, Japan).
Ten walking assessments while walking at a self-selected pace will be collected from each participant.
These ten walking assessments will be averaged and compared across groups.
Locomotion One of two studies [ 12] reported an acceptable intraclass correlation coefficient (ICC = 0.84) for walking assessments, whereas the other did not (ICC = 0.64) [ 26].
The walk function assessment will be performed using a 6 min-walk-test (6MWT).
