The causes of health worker shortages in developing countries are multifactorial and include insufficient medical and nursing training, job attrition due to poor wages, job dissatisfaction or ill health, and emigration to wealthier countries [ 19- 21].
"Records show that in last year alone, 637 medical doctors emigrated due largely to poor working conditions and health facilities, insecurity, unpredictable and poor funding, uncompetitive wages and job dissatisfaction," he said.
Some surveys of nurses have also found dissatisfaction with wages, hours, technological complexity, and administrative burdens.
In late January, a task force of graduate students (I included) issued a report citing wide dissatisfaction with teaching assistant wages but also with TA workloads.
"My only dissatisfaction was the pay package".
These miserly wages made it difficult for the club to spend the £80,000 it received for the sale of Frank McLintock – he had put in a transfer request over dissatisfaction with his pay and quality replacements were reluctant to join a club that paid full internationals like Banks and McLintock no more than the base rate that rival clubs paid to average players.

In spite of the dangers associated with this type of work, the high job demands and the associated low wages result in an effort-reward imbalance that creates dissatisfaction among these e-waste workers.
These non-financial issues of public sector dissatisfaction appeared just as important, if not more important, than wage disparities.
All the while, the public remains deeply disillusioned amid a simmering dissatisfaction with austerity — including a 25 percent cut in public sector wages — which many voters blame on Mr. Basescu.
