We demonstrate an XA21/XB21 in vivo interaction using co-immunoprecipitation in rice.
Here we demonstrate an in vivo interaction between XB21 and XA21 using co-immunoprecipitation assays in rice plants.
The in vivo interaction results indicated that these could reproduce, as well as validated the results of the yeast two-hybrid assay (Fig. 4).
We confirmed the in vivo interaction using Bimolecular Fluorescence Complementation (BiFC) methods that detect interactions between two proteins in living cells.
In order for these materials to reach the clinical stage, a better understanding of their function and interactions with the biological host (i.e., in vivo interaction) is necessary.
However, further in vivo interaction studies in animal model did not produce significant (p > 0.05) changes in the pharmacokinetic parameters of efavirenz and nevirapine.
The interface is consistent with solution-state nuclear magnetic resonance, small-angle X-ray scattering, in vivo interaction studies, and cellular motility assays.
Interestingly, TGD4 is localized at the ER and is phosphatidic acid-binding, although in vivo interaction with TGD1-3 needs to be shown (Xu et al., 2008); (Wang et al., 2012).
Moreover, the Co-IP result showed SPIN6 specifically binds to OsRac1 but not to cLUC (Fig. 3a), confirming the in vivo interaction between SPIN6 and OsRac1 as previously reported (Liu et al. 2015).
From the study results (Fig. 2), the authors concluded that the pharmacokinetics of morphine did not differ significantly between treatment groups and therefore, there was negligible in vivo interaction between KADIAN and alcohol.
These results demonstrate an in vivo interaction between BiP3 and XA21.
