The UK's top counter-terror police officer has urged the public to be more vigilant about suspicious behaviour, saying Britain would be at a heightened risk of terrorism for many years to come.
He said the police "cannot succeed alone" in defeating the terror threat and that the public must be vigilant about reporting suspicious behaviour in their area.
The council asked locals to be vigilant and report suspicious behaviour.
Despite the announcement of post-pandemic period on 10 August 2010 by theWHO, H1N1 (2009) virus would continue to circulate as a seasonal virus for some years and national health authorities should remain vigilant due to unpredictable behaviour of the virus.

There may be risk of injury that increases due to less-vigilant observation of children's behaviour.
These moral credits mean they feel justified in engaging in less ethical behaviour and being less vigilant in managing the needs of their stakeholders.
"It is important that every single one of us is vigilant and observant of children's behaviour and we urge anyone with any concerns to follow their instincts and come forward.
