It said the company had entered into discussions with the NHS Trust Development Authority "with the view to ensuring an orderly withdrawal from the current contract".
One of the panel's main recommendations is the establishment of an investigation into its findings, "with a view to ensuring that those responsible are held accountable".
He later backpedalled and announced a wide-ranging review into the service delivery and social problems in remote communities, with a view to ensuring their long-term sustainability.
It said the decision had been made on humanitarian grounds "with a view to ensuring the stability of the state and making eternal peace (and) national reconciliation".
"The company has continued to progress contracts, with a view to ensuring that some work can get under way that will allow some jobs to start to flow within months".
The Basel Committee will also examine how central banks interact with banks during periods of stress, with a view to ensuring that the workings of the L.C.R. do not hinder or conflict with central bank policies".
In a statement, it said it was "an important step towards laying the foundations of a financial market union with the view to ensuring financial stability in the euro area and the European Union".
"We are currently looking into what checks were made regarding the two images, with a view to ensuring procedures are reviewed to ensure that there is no repeat of this error in the future".
A resolution that was passed at the session said Pakistan would revisit its relationship with the United States "with the view to ensuring Pakistan's national interests were fully respected".
She said: "The response by the police and partners has been to look to identify when and where such parties are taking place with a view to ensuring that they are being properly managed and young people are safe.
"But there must be an international, independent, impartial commission of inquiry to look into all reported violations and abuses by all parties to the conflict, to establish the facts and identify the perpetrators … with a view to ensuring that those responsible are held accountable," it said.
