The results from these aspects showed the following: (i) Coelomocytes were viable after exposure to 100- and 50-nm ZnO NPs (up to exposure of 5 mg/l).
On the contrary the complex kept the non-malignant normal PBMC viable during exposure within stipulated experimental concentration and time frame.
