We performed survival analysis using Kaplan-Meier curves with various endpoints: (1) revision of the stem and/or cup (including exchange of the liner) for any reason, (2) aseptic loosening of the stem, (3) stem loosening for any reason, (4) a worst-case scenario with all cases lost to follow-up, judged as aseptic loosening of the stem, and (5) aseptic loosening of the cup.
