In the proposed project, knowledge transfer to a broader audience will be facilitated by various mechanisms including carer and user organisations and clinically based staff.
Moreover, a wide range of different participants was included: the informal carers covered various caregiving experiences; the HCP had diverse professional backgrounds and worked in different working environments in different parts of Germany.
Many participants raised the requirement for support in various forms for both carers and the patient themselves (see Figure 2 ).
The main source of data collection in ALSPAC is through questionnaires completed by primary carers at various time points during pregnancy and throughout their child's life.

The complexity of breathlessness, the needs of patients with advanced disease living with this distressing symptom, and the burden of their carers demand a combination of various pharmacological and non-pharmacological interventions.
The purpose is to allow people (and their carers) to customise how and when various systems are used, and how their data is handled, in order to best manage patients' health and well-being.
Nevertheless, according to various estimates, between 40% and 75% of carers of people with dementia have significant psychological morbidity [ 12, 13], and 15%to32%2% meet diagnostic criteria for major depression [ 14].
