Each tree Θ contains the terminal node values and a set of instructions for recursively partitioning the observations into the terminal nodes: these instructions include the split variables at each node, and the value of the split variable used for partitioning.
As was shown for 2 5 nm nanocrystals [10, 11], maximal values of the splitting for the V-group donors are of the order of several tenths of eV.
With the PHYLIP package v3.68 [ 145] we constructed a neighbour-joining tree for the resulting 100 distance matrices and we inferred the majority rule consensus tree with support values for the splits in the consensus tree.

By analyzing the band structures and the band-edge positions of passivated co-doped NaTaO3, we have found that the band gap of P Mo co-doped NaTaO3 is narrowed to 2.04 eV, being the optimal value for the efficient solar splitting of water, and its band edges straddle the water redox potential levels.
