Using data from a sample of Italian horticultural farms, we explored the multiple forces driving farm succession in a high value added sector.
The first amendment, Directive 94/46/EC, added satellite communications to the scope of liberalized services (1994 O.J. (L 268)).1 This second amendment responds to industry concerns about the effectiveness of the 1990 directive, particularly in the data communications, voice and data services, and value added services sectors.
Table 8 shows the composition of value added across sectors.
After estimating an aggregated SAM, the next step is to split the domestic value added into multiple sectors (51 sectors in the case at hand, as listed in the SAM accounts in Fig. 2).
Consider an economy such as that shown in Table 1, consisting of industrial sectors, waste treatment sectors, final demand sectors, waste items, and the value added by each sector.
The distribution of the simulated injection among the sectors in the SAM follows that of value added on the sectors under focus.
Figure 1 further indicates that agriculture and trade sectors lie below the 45-degree line, meaning that the share of employment in these sectors is higher than the share of value added from these sectors.
Value added of these sectors, together with that of the service sectors, was embodied in Japan's major export products such as industrial machinery (13), computer and electronic equipment (14), and motor vehicles (16).
This makes it difficult to assess effectively the value added to other sectors of the health system or indeed the contribution of other sectors to NCD control.
