(e) Is it possible for there to be more than one event validly reported for the same person on the same day – either for hospital discharge events or RAC entry events?
Current research suggests that this point may vary by domain, with patients demonstrating sufficient insight to reliably and validly self-report about disease-related impairment in some areas well into mild to moderate AD.
The results demonstrate that children as young as the 5 year old age subgroup can reliably and validly self-report their HRQOL when given the opportunity to do so with an age-appropriate instrument.

Despite the high occurrence of working memory and attention disturbances in MS patients [ 10, 11], even during the early stages of the disease [ 12], no study has specifically examined the extent to which MS patients with attention dysfunction can validly self-report their QoL.
Although widely used in medical student selection to assess motivation, interest and commitment to a medical career, the personal statement and the referee's report cannot validly be used by assessors, including experienced medical school selectors, to identify doctors who will subsequently be dissatisfied with a medical career.
