Establishing evidence of score validity involves integrating various strategies or techniques culminating in a comprehensive account for the degree to which existing evidence and theory support the intended interpretation of scores acquired from the instrument [ 24].

They concluded that the Dimensions of the Learning Organization Questionnaire DLO Q), developed by Marsick and Watkins [ 18], meets the three criteria of comprehensiveness, depth, and validity, and also integrates important attributes of the learning organization [ 19– 22].
