A comparison of these two structures and the utilisation of hybrid methods based upon ternary structure prediction and flexible fitting provide key insights into the structure of the OL in its native state, into the position and structure of the N-terminal domains of TraO/VirB9 and TraF/VirB10 in the IL and their links with the OL.
