Many groups have demonstrated that by applying array CGH in prenatal diagnosis in conjunction with chromosomal analysis, there was an additional detection of clinically significant genomic imbalances [ 5– 9], proving its usefulness, as well as its limitations, in using this technique in prenatal diagnosis.
