For consistency, we use the same flux density for both mass and momentum transport, and thereby establish a tight coupling between them.
Four crystallization steps were then performed, by using the same As flux of 5 × 10−7 Torr at different temperatures: at 380°C for 90 s, at 360°C for 60 s, at 340°C for 45 s and finally at 320°C for 10 min in order to ensure the complete crystallization.
