Network interruptions, call drop, navigation of the system to reach the call centre doctor, and delays in receiving prescription all deterred village doctors from using the intervention.
To compare these solutions, we perform separate MCEval simulations using the interventions obtained from CCOpt, DetOpt, and MCOpt, and apply flux balance analysis (FBA) [ 24] with the objective function of maximizing the target flux.
For non-pharmacological interventions, the problem is even greater, with more than half of trials lacking essential information about the interventions. 1 A serious consequence of intervention details missing from trial reports is that it hampers clinicians from using the interventions in practice.
