Several previous studies have investigated the association between prenatal PCB exposures and behavior in infancy using the Neonatal Behavioral Assessment Scale (NBAS) (Jacobson et al. 1984a; Lonky et al. 1996; Rogan et al. 1986; Stewart et al. 2000).
