Using the Rip1Tag2 transgenic mouse model of pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors (pNET), we have investigated the potential benefit of a combination of anti-angiogenic treatment with targeted internal radiotherapy.
To determine the location of the transgene integration site in tgε26 mice, we first performed fluorescence in situ hybridization analysis of tgε26+/+ cells using the hCD3ε transgenic construct as a probe.
