International guidelines recommend assessing the overall long-term benefit of antiepileptic drugs (AEDs) using multidimensional measures.
First, in some cases, instruments used as multidimensional measures of frailty are based on a series of indicators (eg, disability, comorbidity, polypharmacy, cohabitation status) that have been recognized as determinants of frailty or frailty consequences, and not as direct measures of frailty status.
