The sum of scores (total raw score) has then been divided by the number of criteria used for each imaging technique to get comparable values (calculated score).
Three sections of each animal from each group (2) and the four subgroups (6 animals per subgroup) were used for each morphological technique described as follows (H&E and DAPI).
