Support Vector Machines (SVMs) are widely used for binary classification [ 13].
Methods of transgenic plant creation include the use of pTi plasmids, use of intermediate vectors, use of binary vectors, pRi plasmids, method of biological ballistics, electroporation, transformation of plant protoplasts, microinjections, and marker genes for transformant selection.
The vectors pCAMBIA1300/2300/3300 and their derivatives (including the Gateway-compatible pMDC series) are some of the most widely used binary vectors for a variety of plant species [ 42, 43], and some plant transformation protocols have been specifically optimized based on these vectors.
