The term "usage position" is not a commonly used phrase in English, but it can be understood to refer to the placement or location of a word or phrase within a sentence, as it relates to its intended meaning or function. Example: The usage position of adverbs in a sentence is flexible, as they can be placed before or after the verb they modify, depending on the emphasis the speaker wants to convey. For example, "She quickly ran to catch the bus" and "She ran quickly to catch the bus" have the same meaning but the placement of the adverb "quickly" changes the emphasis.
To achieve an accurate and rapid taxonomic classification, we employed a computational approach combining a multi-class Support Vector Machine (SVM) with a codon usage position specific scoring matrix (cuPSSM).
