"upon my mind" is a correct and usable phrase in written English.
It is used to indicate that something has been weighing heavily on one's thoughts or causing significant mental impact. One can use this phrase when expressing a strong emotional or mental connection to something or when emphasizing the personal impact of a situation or event. Example: The memory of her words lingered upon my mind for days, leaving me feeling nervous and self-conscious.
