Ritz Carlton Cleveland, OH: To be honest I wasn't expecting much of this urban hotel in downtown Cleveland, but the Ritz wowed me with its great service, fantastic club floor lounge, and unique setting, connected directly to an upscale shopping mall, and within walking distance of the city's best restaurants (see Greenhouse Tavern in my 15 Most Memorable Restaurants of 2013) and theater district.
