The results of the validation survey are presented under three subheadings: (1) analysis of reviewers' ratings; (2) analysis of validation questions; and (3) analysis of test items.
The qualitative findings are presented as descriptive summaries under the two subheadings Dominant symptoms and Behavioral strategies, and illustrated by quotes from the transcripts.

Outcomes can in turn be summarised under five different subheadings: mortality, quality of life of survivors, consumption of resources generated and associated costs, level of satisfaction of patients, relatives and health care professionals, and continuous quality improvement.
Each group should read through the text within the first four subheadings, underlining or highlighting the sentences that relate to their group's research topic.
We have categorised these into three subheadings.
Under the main heading of 'Moral/Ethical Dilemmas in Medicine', for example, 'Beginning of Life', 'Genetics', and 'End of Life' were three subheadings, each with further sub-themes identified such as 'abortions' and 'immunizations', 'stem cell research' and 'cloning', and 'euthanasia', respectively.
About 20%% of 160 erroneous DCs had errors in all three subheadings (ICOD, UCOD and OSC), whereas 68 DCs and 60 DCs had errors in two and one subheading respectively (Fig. 1).
