When we examined the phylotype diversity below the level of division by screening the BLASTN results under stricter criteria, 70% read coverage and 90% identity, all the BLASTN matches had "Total Scores" greater than 100.
Out of these, FIC was not satisfied for 9 of them under the lenient criterion and for 17 of them under the strict criterion.
Therefore, under the strict criterion, all seven DFs did not satisfy the FIC whereas under the lenient criterion, the FIC is invalid for only two DFs.
