'under hand' is a correct and usable phrase in written English
It is usually used to describe a sneaky, or devious, method of achieving something. For example: She won the election by using under hand tactics, such as bribery and false promises.
Another user added somewhat dramatically: "Boycott the company for there cheap under hand tactics towards consumers we expect it from nestle on yorkie bars but now caburys?" (sic).
