A formulation for the nested reliability analysis of mooring lines is presented, which handles the uncertainty in the maximum dynamic line tensions that is assessed conditional on the uncertain environmental variables describing extreme sea states.
The uncertainty in the ground state line is found to be of the order of meV/atom, showing that the cluster expansion is reliable to ab initio level accuracy even with limited data.
(URRs are essentially regression coefficients a narrow range in the x variable leaves uncertainty in the slope of the line).
At each marker interval in each individual we quantified the uncertainty in line origin using the scaled selective information content (SIC), defined as follows.

Part of the uncertainty in the response of transmission line (TL) towers subjected to extended pressure system (EPS), determined as prescribed by IEC 60826, is assessed in the paper by comparing the code predictions with the dynamic response of the system subjected to numerically simulated 3 D-wind fields.
GPs, including our approach, propagate uncertainty in line with the assumed covariance structures.
This reveals the large uncertainty in the log*Kso of 2-line ferrihydrite and As-2LFh.
The upper and lower dashed lines show the uncertainty in the models and the middle dashed line shows the average.
Note, however, that the uncertainty in the determination of the regression lines in Fig 7 created significant error in the pre-exponential factor and the activation entropy, respectively.
