Probes from uncertain chromosomal loci (Chr -random, Chr -randomm, chrE22C19W28_E50C23, chrE64, and W chrE22C19W28_E50C23chrE64tandse) Were removed from the results.
Probes from uncertain chromosomal loci (Chr -random and Chr -randomm in the UCSC dandbase) and from W chromosome were removed from the results.
After eliminating probes with uncertain chromosomal loci, we identified 446 non-redundant CNVs for the chicken autosome GGA1-28 and the Z sex chromosome.
