To construct a highly desirable uncertain clustering cell in MANET, we propose to use Voronoi diagrams (VD) based clustering in which the clustering issues are managed considering the drawbacks of existing UC methods.
In an ad hoc uncertain clustering (UC) model, it has been assumed that a node ′n i ′ should be located inside a region with a probability density function (PDF) to describe the distribution of nodes within a region.
Although there is one gymnosperm genome P. abies available, Figure 1 suggests that more gymnosperm sequences are needed to resolve the uncertain clustering of P. abies homologs in CslB/H/E/J/G clusters.

For 4.6% of HC (n = 17) the highest membership probability was <0.6, which is indicative of highly uncertain cluster membership assignments (data not shown).
ART initiators with uncertain cluster residency status (who were accompanied home to obtain GPS coordinates) were excluded.
The 7 ART initiations with uncertain cluster status on clinic allocation were removed from the database, which left 195 who were included in the sampling frame for GPS validation.
Using the map book system in the ART clinics, research assistants assigned 48 ART initiators (23.8%) to a specific study cluster, 147 (72.8%) as outside of all study clusters, and 7 (3.4%) to uncertain cluster status (for GPS determination of final cluster status).
After removal of uncertain genes, clustering was performed again with the shortened gene list and the process repeated.
Intuitively, the more uncertain the cluster of a particle is, the more likely the particle will participate in reclustering.
This would increase the overall identity match in the clusters, reducing the chance of uncertain gene-to-cluster assignment, and hence make clusters more distinct from each other.
As origin of a mixed cluster is more uncertain than a cluster containing only one nationality of cases, five different criteria were applied to define likely origin of the mixed clusters.
