"unanimously stated" is correct and usable in written English.
You can use it to emphasize that something was unanimously agreed upon, such as a decision reached by a group or a collective opinion. For example: "The members of the council unanimously stated that a new park should be built in the city center."
"They have unanimously stated, 'Yes.'".
