The role of class II myosins appears to vary between different phagocytes and even between different types of uptake in the same phagocytes.
Thus, we restricted our analysis to the three genomes exemplifying the known types of uptake sequences: H. influenzae, A. pleuropneumoniae, and N. meningitidis.
However, RNAi pollen tubes grew in a zigzag pattern and displayed a different type of FM4-64 uptake.
