In figure 2A, we show two typical leaves from each of the inoculated rice plants: wild type Kit, Nat XA21 control, and BiP3 ox/Nat XA21 at 14 days after Xoo strain PXO99Az inoculation.

Commercial HLA-Type kits from BAG (Lich, Germany) company were used for determination of the HLA-A and HLA-B allele frequencies in genomic DNA, based on polymerase chain reaction with sequence specific primer (PCR-SSP) assay.
