Two types of inversions occur in naturally-occurring strains; the above mentioned inversion of Region 1 and the inversion of Regions 1, 2, and 7 by recombination through the rrnD and rrnE operons.
The two types of inversions have been detected in familial hemophilia in which the mutation was inherited by the male patients from their unaffected mothers and in isolated cases where the inversion has been generated de novo [ 65].
Three types of inversions are conducted by using EHVRs, pEHVR, and MHVR as a target with and without a priori constraints as the initial model.
If Black 17 was Zm/Zsm, the published genome sequence is based on the two types of sequences around the inversion point, which would complicate the assembly of contigs and leave a region of misalignment.
The coexistence of these two types of applications will lead to a priority inversion in the network that the delay-sensitive traffic occupies the scheduling opportunities within a node, while the non-delay-sensitive traffic occupies transmission opportunities among nodes.

Read-pairs with reads in parallel orientation may also be due to two types of rearrangements inversions or tandem duplications with a change in orientation (fig. 2).
