After recovery of consciousness, patients received approximately five or six interventions from clinical psychologists, including education, counseling, and stress management.
At the end of the treatment episode, physical therapists recorded a maximum of three interventions (from a list of 25 predefined interventions) that were applied in at least 50% of the treatment sessions.
