Two weeks following challenge, the levels of IL-12 in the lungs of naïve and rBCG immunized mice were 2606 pg/mL and 4797 pg/mL respectively, however levels of this cytokine in these two groups of mice were not different at later time points (Fig. 4A).
That match was marred by confrontations between the two sets of players following challenges by Liverpool's Jamie Carragher on Nani and United's Rafael da Silva on Lucas.
Four weeks following challenge with virulent Mtb, the burden of this strain in the lungs (expressed in log10 bacilli per organ) was 7.50±0.12, 5.69±0.09, and 5.88±0.12 per lung of naïve, rBCG and rBCG-NS immunized mice respectively (Fig. 2A).

Twenty eight days following challenge, a significant effect of time (day) was detected (p = 0.0001) with respect to the levels of BVDV 2 125c.
At four weeks following challenge, anti-CSP responses rose further in 11/18 volunteers and declined in 7/18 volunteers (geometric mean titer 686, range 172 2933) and overall remained significantly higher than pre-immunization.
There have been following challenges.
The immunized animals showed no clinical symptoms except short-term fever and low-level viremia, whereas, the control pigs immunized with the control plasmid produced no detectable antibody prior to challenge, and showed obvious clinical signs following challenge, and two pigs died of illness.
