Using a well-established mouse basaloid breast tumor model, we show that two differentiated cell types that comprise this tumor are interactive.
Finally, it is important to observe that the model is actually able to describe also property 6, i.e. possible transitions between two differentiated cell types (as shown in Figure 5), as well as property 4, concerning the existence of limited exceptions to the irreversibility of cell differentiation, as shown in Figure 6.
Characteristic of the asexual life cycle is the transition from single cell amoebae to a multicellular fruiting body consisting of at least two differentiated cell types.
As for the similarities: (i) the axes are of two highly differentiated types, long and short; (ii) the proportions of each type of axis vary from 100% of long axes for order 1, to 100% of short axes for the last branching order; and (iii) all of the flowering axes have a comparable profile, with the continuous development of their morphological components, from their base to their extremity.
HCC samples were categorized according to differentiation into well (G1; seven cases), moderately (G2; nineteen cases), or poorly (G3; seven cases) differentiated types, which correspond to Edmondson's Grades I/II, III, and IV [ 21, 22].
We investigated the anti-tumor efficacy of the LSD1 inhibitor HCI2509 in two poorly differentiated Type II endometrial cancer cell lines AN3CA and KLE.
Histological findings were as follows: nine cases of differentiated type (two well-differentiated adenocarcinomas and seven moderately differentiated adenocarcinomas); nine of the undifferentiated type (five poorly differentiated adenocarcinomas and four signet-ring cell carcinomas); and two cases of mucinous adenocarcinoma (Table 1).
The blends presented three very well differentiated types of behaviour to temperature depending on the erucamide content.
For example, over twenty differentiated cell types have been annotated in the human kidney [17] (Figure 2).
These four differentiated cell types are distinct in gene expression, and are widely separated in this three dimensional plot.
