On a recent afternoon he arranged two sample stands, one with chunks of chocolate laced with ground mealworms (larvae for a type of beetle), another with various kinds of whole insects for munching, including worms and crickets, in small plastic containers.
"My idea was to call it Choccupy, and it would be all vanilla with one big chunk of chocolate on top.

This is a less sweet cake, almost fudgy, dotted with chunks of chocolate with a delicate herbal back-note.
The winner, Big Red, White & Biden, is vanilla featuring "chunks of chocolate that are sure to be your vice after just one bite," according to the seniors.
Nuts, chunks of chocolate, broken biscuits, sprinkles etc, which bring an alien crunchiness and introduce elements that melt at wildly differing speeds.
"Trail mix, granola bars (with chocolate chips), little chunks of chocolate, whatever the kids will willingly eat as long as it's not too junky," says the father of two girls.
