The phrase "tune on" is not a common or standard part of a sentence.
It would likely be considered incorrect usage in written English. Instead, you could say "turn on the tune" or "tune in" which are more commonly used phrases. An example of using "tune in" in a sentence could be: "I always tune in to my favorite radio station on my way to work."
