The phrase "truthful of" is not correct and cannot be used in written English
It is not a grammatically correct phrase as "truthful" is an adjective and "of" is a preposition. Instead, you can use "truthful about" or "truthful of" depending on the context to convey the idea of being honest or accurate about something. For example, "She was always truthful about her feelings" or "His account was truthful of the events that occurred."
