The FRP dimer was fixed due to the presence of interfacial disulfides, ∆NTEO was taken as the N-terminally truncated part of the compact OCPO, and their relative position as well as short N-terminal tags on both FRP and OCP, were modeled using CORAL39, without imposing any contact restraints.
