'trigger inspiration' is correct and usable in written English.
You can use this phrase when to indicate that something has inspired or motivated someone to do something. For example, "Hearing her success story triggered my inspiration to become an entrepreneur."

Asynchrony index (AI) was calculated over a 1-minute period, after signal stabilization, and took into consideration all major types of asynchrony: failed triggering, auto-triggering, prolonged inspiration, multiple triggering, premature and short cycling.
