Results suggest trends of substrate dependence in DC-mediated allogeneiCD4 T-cellll proliferation and T-helper cell responses with modulation of IL-12p40 cytokine production.
There were clear substrate composition effects, and this analysis revealed additional complexity to the general trend of increasing substrate richness, which tended to be associated with greater levels of non-transgressive overyielding (Fig. 3).
