The worst scenario is for binomial data and although not significant, the trends for accuracy of predictions tend to be poorer for two compared to three or four categories, as in Figure 2. The performance of analyses of binomial data treated as continuous also eroded as the observed frequency departed from 0.5.
Using lduMAF to select LDP SNPs increased imputation accuracy for SNPs that were in low LD regions due to a greater concentration of SNPs selected in these regions, but the decrease in accuracy for SNPs in high LD regions was relatively greater, resulting in a trend for the mean accuracy to be reduced.
Within each dataset, the trend for increasing imputation accuracy with increasing levels of genotyping of immediate ancestors (i.e. parents and grandparents) that was observed for mapped SNP, was also observed for unmapped SNP.
Conversely, studies show a non-significant trend for reduced interoceptive accuracy in depression (e.g. Ehlers & Breuer, 1992; Pollatos, Traut-Mattausch, & Schandry, 2009; Van-der-Does, Van-Dyck, & Spinhoven, 1997) and that higher levels of depression symptoms in the general population are associated with less accurate interoception (Pollatos et al., 2009).
For trend accuracy analysis, 482 samples were used.
