In the biggest step, a separate pilot scheme will allow selected Chinese travel agents to apply for UK visas simply by submitting the application form used for the EU Schengen visa.
Visa paperwork: Basic requirements include the application form, colour passport photographs, copies of a document listing the tourist's home address, travel tickets and itinerary or hotel information, as well as proof of financial solvency, like recent bank statements.
