T-DNA plasmid transformation vector pG6-450i was transformed into Agrobacterium tumefaciens (LAB4404) by electroporation.
The resulting binary transformation vector, pAGW641 (GenBank accession KP259612), was transformed into A. tumefaciens strain EHA105 via electroporation.
