As can be seen in Figure 8, prior to entering the scheduling phase, the algorithm goes through three transformation steps: the hierarchy flattening transformation, the HSDF transformation, and the DAG transformation (see Section 3.3.2).
This can be explained by analyzing Fig. 1 (insert): the heat flow curves have different shapes and the overall heat stored before and during the phase transformation changes the hierarchy.
It provides the user with several classic SDF transformations such as hierarchy flattening, and SDF to Homogeneous SDF (HSDF [34]) transformations and some clustering algorithms.
(i)The hierarchy flattening transformation aims to flatten the hierarchy (remove hierarchy levels) at the chosen depth in order to later extract as much as possible parallelism from the designer's hierarchical description.
Indeed the 70 general rules are based on a set of MultiCASE biophores (fragments that activate biodegradation), the weights of the fragments being used to define the hierarchy of transformation rules for a given chemical structure (Klopman et al., 1994; Klopman et al., 1995).
Rotation in three axes, zooming in or out and translation of the whole canvas are functions are offered by default, and the hierarchy of the transformation groups define the 3D transformations that can be applied individually to an object or a set of objects.
The importance of obtaining a transformed equation of exactly the same form as the original equation, is that ultimately we will (in a sequel to the current paper) use these transformations to establish a hierarchy of boundary value problems with (1.1) and various boundary conditions; see [4] for the differential equations case.
The results provide a comprehensive kinetic picture of the atomically quantized hierarchy of shear transformation zones (STZs).
In the case of WNT pathway activation, we propose that WNT1-driven mammary stem and progenitor cell expansion cooperates with Becn1 heterozygosity-induced deregulation of the mammary hierarchy to create more transformation-susceptible immature mammary cells (Fig. 8E ).
The chapter illustrates how to transform an entity-relationship diagram into a standard relational schema, by applying transformation rules to entities, relationships, and generalization hierarchies.
Furthermore, the genotypic entities in this hierarchy are governed by various transformations and regularities (principles of inheritance), such as segregation, linkage, and mutation.
