The composition of naïve (CD62L+CD44lo), TEff (CD44+CD127loCCR7lo), TEM (CD44+CD127+CCR7lo), and central memory (TCM) (CD44+CD127+CCR7+) pmel-CD8+ T cells 10 and 20 days after adoptive transfer indicates a much smaller proportion of TEM phenotype pmel-CD8+ T cells in mice treated with pmel T cells alone (Fig. 2B).
