They have suggested increased provision of trainings and formation of policies regarding the training and education for use of ICT in the curriculum of health education programs [ 21- 24] and also suggested a combination of online and face to face modes to provide healthcare [ 25].
Yet, it must also be kept in mind that persons with high levels of distress might be attracted by such trainings and thus expectations regarding the programme might account for some of the reduction in the distress score [ 49].
As we cannot judge sustainability we only determined the immediate costs of the trainings and cannot draw conclusions regarding cost-effectiveness of specific tools in communication training in the long run.
This can be supported by policies that contribute to awareness raising, for example about the health benefits of sustainable mobility and offering mobility trainings as well as policies regarding the availability and price of public transportation [55].
Thus a learning/teaching ratio in liaison with the teaching mechanism of the initial education should be referred to the existing resources in the field of education in order to adapt teaching structures to the real possibilities of the country and to consider the close links between trainings and health care quality regarding the staff management.
Beyond large-scale mass education campaigns, future efforts should focus more strongly on target-group-specific information and practical trainings with regard to protective behaviours, but might also consider subsidized social marketing of protective equipment.
The overall self-reported benefit regarding the O&M-training was high and according to the trainers the majority of the participants of both trainings perceived benefit with respect to several elements, i.e., experiencing advantages of the ID cane, increased self-confidence, and independent participation outdoors.
